My4MLife is a health-education and protocol-coaching platform. Medical care, prescriptions, and lab orders are provided by our contracted licensed telemedicine partner. The policies below apply to charges billed by My4MLife. Where the medical partner bills separately, their own refund policy governs that portion.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel any My4MLife subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing refunds@my4mlife.com. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. We do not pro-rate or refund the current billing period after it has begun, except as described under "Seven-day cancellation window" below.
Seven-day cancellation window (subscriptions only)
If you cancel a NEW subscription within seven (7) days of your first charge, we will refund that first month in full — provided no consult has been completed and no prescription medications have shipped. This is a buyer's-remorse window for first-time subscribers.
Completed consults — non-refundable
Fees for completed telemedicine consults are not refundable. Your fee covers the clinician's time and the protocol delivered. If you scheduled a consult and did not attend without rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance, the consult is treated as completed for refund purposes (the clinician's time was reserved for you).
Cancelled (unstarted) consults — full refund
If you cancel a consult more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we issue a full refund within 5–7 business days. If you reschedule (rather than cancel), no refund is issued — your payment carries over to the new appointment.
Prescription medications — non-refundable once shipped
Federal and state pharmacy regulations prohibit the return or resale of dispensed prescription medications once they have left the pharmacy. Once your medication has shipped, the charge for that order is final, regardless of whether the package has been delivered.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel for a full refund by contacting refunds@my4mlife.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to halt the shipment; we cannot guarantee success if cancellation is requested close to ship time.
Supplements and nutraceuticals — case-by-case
Unopened, unused supplements may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping and a restocking fee. Opened products are non-refundable. Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no charge — contact us with a photo.
App access
Access to the My4MLife app is tied to your active subscription status. When your subscription ends, app access ends with it. There is no separate refund for app access; it is included with your purchased products and services.
No-show, missed, or late-arrival consults
If you miss a scheduled consult or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the consult is treated as completed for refund purposes. The clinician's time was reserved and cannot be reclaimed. You may reschedule a future consult, but the original fee is not refunded or credited.
Lab orders
Lab fees are non-refundable once the lab requisition has been generated by the clinician. If you choose not to complete a lab draw after the requisition is issued, the fee is forfeit. Lab work performed by Quest, Labcorp, or any third-party lab is subject to that lab's own billing and refund policies, which may apply in addition to ours.
How to request a refund
- Email refunds@my4mlife.com from the address on your My4MLife account.
- Include your order number or the email used at checkout.
- Describe what you're asking us to refund and why.
- We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
Chargebacks — permanent account ban
Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer instead of contacting our refund team will result in immediate and permanent termination of your My4MLife account. All active subscriptions will be cancelled, app access will be revoked, and you will be prohibited from future purchases.
This is not a punishment for billing disputes — we will refund any eligible order, every time, if you ask. It is a consequence for choosing the chargeback path before allowing us to resolve the issue directly. We refund willingly; we ban for life via chargeback.
Before you file a chargeback, please:
- Email refunds@my4mlife.com — we respond within 3 business days
- Describe the issue. If it is refund-eligible under this policy, we will process it within 5–7 business days
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may then take it up with your card issuer — but please give us the first chance
This policy is in our Terms of Service and is non-negotiable. Bypassing our refund process to file a chargeback is a one-way door.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects when this policy was most recently revised.
